Booked a double room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre and Santo Domingo.

The staff - some of them were extremely unfriendly.

We loved the large rooms, and the staff was really friendly. The rooms had AC, which was a relief. It was a nice surprise to have a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets available. The location was great, being so close to Calle el Conde. We enjoyed our stay and are definitely planning to come back soon.
